TAKE NOTICE that on March 4, 2022 at 09:00 a.m., or soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, the father of the above named child, Dustin Blake Kelso, shall move the Judge of this Honorable Court, sitting in Greensville County Circuit Court, located at 337 South Main Street, Emporia VA 23847-0631 for leave to change the name of said child from PAISLEE GRACE DENNIS to DAISY RAIN KELSO pursuant to the application previously filed herein: and for such other and further relief as the nature of this case may require.
